  • DDR5: The latest standard, DDR5, was introduced in 2020. It offers even higher speeds, greater bandwidth, and improved power efficiency compared to DDR4. DDR5 also features on-die ECC for increased reliability and greater chip density.

How DDR Enhances Performance
